They were collected in small boxes of 15 kg and selected bunches with bunches. The wine was aged for 19 months in new French oak barrels. The first part of the winery located on the 15 ha was completed in 2005. It was completed in 2016, being a special modern architectural achievement, but which fits without ostentation into the typical landscape of the Ribera del Duero.
