Budureasca Vine in Flames Pinot Gris

Vine In Flames Pinot Noir from Budureasca is one of the best dry red wines, made from this grape variety, from the Dealu Mare region. The grapes were picked by hand and kept in the first phase in stainless steel pots. In order to give the wine a special structure, a small amount of wine (2%) was kept for maturation in new oak barrels for six months, after which it was mixed with the rest of the wine. Color: yellow-green. Bouquet: aromas of ripe pears combinesd with a clean and fresh acidity. Taste: juicy pears and a pleasant minerality in the aftertaste. Culinary combinations: fish dishes, seafood, fresh soft cheeses and vegetable dishes. temperatureserving: 16-18 °C.
