Crama Gitana Reserva Riesling

Gitana Reserva Riesling is a well-balanced Whitewine, made from hand-picked grapes at the end of September. After harvest, the fruits go through the cryomaceration process. Then through the temperaturecontrolled fermentation process. The liqueur obtained is then matured in stainless steel vessels, meant to preserve its varietal aromas. The result is a fresh wine with a pronounced acidity, which makes it ideal to serve with Whitemeat, fish or asparagus. Color: straw yellow. Bouquet: intense flower scent. Taste: fresh, elegant, intense floral notes, apricots, pears. Culinary combinations: chicken or fish, with seafood, cheeses, salads and appetizers. Serving temperature between 12 and 14 degrees Celsius, to give it the opportunity to fully reveal its aromatic qualities during the tasting.
