Drappier Carte D’or Brut

Drappier is a family home that favors the natural and the authentic. Its vineyard represents 100 hectares of exceptional terroir that combiness the rich limestone of the soil and the optimal sun. This is a wide champagne, of a beautiful complexity, with a characteristic note of quince jelly. reflected in rich gold, copper Nose: floral notes that fade quickly to give way to fruit flavors such as Whitepeach vines. There is also a spicy touch after a few seconds and generally good power. Palate: complex and lively. After a frank attack, there are aromas of ripe yellow fruit and a slight presence of wild strawberries. In the second mouth, notes of pastries and candied fruit are discovered. A beautiful cuvée, perfect for an aperitif.
