El Dorado Albion 2004

El Dorado is a brand produced by Demerara Distillers in Guyana. Guyana’s aging process is thought to have increased considerably due to high humidity and constant temperature- resulting in an 8-year-old Roma; for example, having a maturity that is claimed to be equal to that of a 16-year-old produced in lower temperature. El Dorado Demerara Whiteon is a rum from the Rare Collection; which brings together some of the most interesting distillery drinks in Demerara, Guyana. The rum was distilled in 2004 and then kept in barrels for at least 14 years. Its bottling started in 2018 and since the first sales it has received good reviews from both regular consumers and professionals. and they have spread throughout the world. Rum is not only appreciated because it is rare but rather because it has something unique, a character that defines it and that is hard to find in other similar drinks. Once the rum is tasted, the taste buds are flooded with an electric licorice composition; vanilla, almonds and spices; which melt into such a special dark chocolate finish; so that no description in words can define it. Color: Intense amber. Bouquet: Warm and delicious notes of raisins; oak, orange peel and nutmeg. Taste: The aroma brings back the raisins and oak; which they wrap in spicy licorice accents; almonds and vanilla
