El Emperador Cabernet Carmenere

Chile-specific grapes, this variety disappeared from European vineyards in the mid-nineteenth century and was recently rediscovered among Merlot’s vines in Chile, a hundred years later. The deepest color, darker and purpler of all red grape varieties, needs a long ripening period to reach its maximum potential. Rich in berries and condiments (think blackberries and black pepper), with smooth, well-rounded tannins that make this wine very pleasant and easy to drink. Ideally paired with red meat, curry and curry dishes. a wide range of cheses. Vineyard located in the Central Valley of Chile, at the foot of the Andes. Color deep with hints of purple, black berries and fine tannins.
