Jidvei Castel Fetească Albă 2009

The reserve wines from the Castel range are obtained only in the years with exceptional harvests, the grapes being harvested in stages. For vinification, only the must obtained by free draining, without pressing, is collected. The wine is stored for two years in oak barrels, then quickly bottle in bottle to preserve its freshness, fruity character, but especially the character of the variety. The bottle are closed with a stopper made of the best quality natural cork and are left to age for at least 3 years. Color : Golden yellow. Bouquet: Aromas of wildflowers, peaches, raisins, acacia honey, very well integrated oak, fried almonds. Taste: Delicate, harmonious, fine and balanced. Culinary combinations: Preparations of poultry, fish. Serving temperature 4-6˚C
