Jidvei Castel Sauvignon Blanc 2012

The reserve wines from the Castel range are obtained only in the years with exceptional harvests, the grapes being harvested in stages. For vinification, only the must obtained by free draining, without pressing, is collected. The wine is stored for two years in oak barrels, then quickly bottle in bottle to preserve its freshness, fruity character, but especially the character of the variety. The bottle are closed with a cork made of the highest quality natural cork and are left to age for at least 3 years. The result is a balanced wine that will developsa special bouquet over time, keeping its varietal character over years. Particularly expressive, Castel Sauvignon Blanc is a wine that is suitable for aging and has established itself among the best semi-dry Whitewines in Romania. Serve well chilled. Color : Clear, straw yellow. Bouquet: Grapefruit, vegetable, fruit exotic dressed in fresh accents, minerals Taste: Pleasant acidity, papaya, passion fruit, gooseberry, melon, grapefruit. Culinary associations: Poultry preparations, fish. Serving temperature 4-6˚C
