Jidvei Extra Brut

For over 60 years, at Jidvei we have been producing sparkling wines according to the traditional method. They are fermented, clarified and delivered in the same bottleas the second fermentation, which gives them the characteristic pearl. A minimum of one year is required to obtain sparkling wines, and the operations performed during this time – drafting, fermentation, remuage , disgorging – are performed manually.
