Liliac Private Selection Chardonnay Orange

Launched the first orange-wine in our country, the wine impresses both visually, through its unique shade and taste, through the rich bouquet, which displays an excellent structure and an aromatic balance as expected. It is a wine produced in limited edition Chardonnay grapes harvested from selected vineyards. Private Selection Chardonnay Orange is aged for 8 months in Transylvanian oak barrels and captivates from the first tasting. culoD_ a typical orange color and slight hints of ocher. The wine is slightly cloudy due to the non-filtration of the yeasts. Bouquet: aromas of ripe fruit, especially quince and peach, given by the six weeks of maceration. To these are added discreet woody influences. Taste: complex, elegant, special, with fine fruit aromas and hints of vanilla after the taste. Associations cooking: steak from suckling pig, stewed carp or ducksbreast with blueberries. Serving temperature 14 ° C.
