Lost Distillery Gerston Classic Selection 0.7L

Lost Distillery was one of the first success stories of the whiskey industry in Scotland. The distillery was closed in 1875 and demolished in 1882. Four years later, another distillery bears his name, this time a more modern adventure than its predecessor. The whiskeys used to create this malt have were chosen for their resemblance to the character of two of the lost distilleries. Gerston is an attempt to reproduce the spirit that could have been produced with the two distilleries even though their styles might have been different. However, the malt mixture is a sweet, fruity drama with smoke notes. The palace brings hints of soft caramel with a salty note.
