Crama Gitana Lupi Magnum

Reserve wine, red, dry, blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Saperavi. The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is produced using classic vinification techniques and modern equipment, latest generation. Soak maceration and fermentation takes place for 20 days in oak tubs. During fermentation, all efforts are made to optimize the extraction of aromas of all grape varieties included in the blend, in order to obtain that unique structure specific to this wine. The vinification process continues with a period of 10-12 months of maturation in 225 liter barrels, followed by a long aging period of at least two years, in large Krasnodar oak barrels. This allows to obtain an elegant and balanced wine. Color: intense ruby ​​red, with purple reflections. Bouquet: intense, rich, with aromas of blackberries and fruits, to which are added shades of chocolate, coffee beans, licorice and morocco. Taste: balanced, structured, with strong tannins, intense and complex taste and a refined, long, plum and blackberry aftertaste. Culinary combinations: May accompany smoked meat, grilled meat, mushrooms and other fried vegetables . It is perfect with game, red meat and ripe cheese. Serving temperature 16-18 ° C
