Peregrin Riesling Reserve – 2015 – Weinwiertel DAC

Bright, pale yellow color. The taste is rich, full-bodied, very well balanced, characterized by a structure based on mineral acidity, which supports it and promises an impeccable evolution. The profile refers to the aromas of citrus, exotic fruits and peaches. Wine made from carefully selected grapes, harvested from the oldest plots. After fermentation, the wine was kept for 11 months in 1,000-liter oak barrels on yeast. As a tribute to the Austrian viticultural tradition, the label is illustrated with an excerpt from Austria ‘s oldest viticultural law, dating from 1309.
