Gold medalist at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018 and Rum & Cachaça Masters 2019; Original Dark is an ideal partner for cocktails but can be enjoyed and simple. One of the most delicious rums in its price category, Plantation Original Dark, delights with its complex bouquet, which brings together qualities specific to Jamaica and Barbados. The already aged rums are mixed, and the obtained blend is then matured for an additional 3-6 months in cognac barrels. Color: Amber, with orange tones. Bouquet: Subtle notes of black pepper, cloves, cinnamon, cherries, plums, molasses, and finally the scent of forest and black tea, Taste: Rich aromas of raisins, dried pineapple, bananas, vanilla and spices.
