Recas Schwaben Wein Cabernet Sauvignon Pinot Noir Cabernet Sauvignon Pinot Noir are assembled after fermentation to obtain this wine. The fermentation process is stopped at about 30-35 g / l of residual sugar, to allow the production of a semi-sweet wine. A higher amount of residual sugar in this wine translates into a pronounced body of wine, as well as well-balanced tannins from the natural sweetness of the grapes.
