Ktima Bible Chora Red was created from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties, with a smaller amount of Agiorgitiko. It comes from the southern slopes of Mount Pangeon which give the maximum fruit yield for the necessary acidity. The stony soil is one of the most important factors, which leads to the high quality of this excellent wine. The climate is influenced by the fresh breeze of the Aegean Sea, which influences the production of grapes. Dry summers with cool nights. Conventional red vinification methods are followed by prolonged maceration after the end of the alcoholic fermentation.
