Light, bright, yellowish-Whitecolor. The taste is light, fresh and intense, with aromatic impressions of peach and an interesting juiciness, conferred by the acidity of ripe fruit and lemon peel. Attractive aromas of yellow fruit, accompanied by mineral and spicy tints. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, at controlled temperature, and kept on yeast for 6 months.
