Budureasca Spumant Shine Alb

Budureasca Shine sparkling wines were produced using the tank fermentation method (Charmat), also used to make Prosecco wines. Unlike the Traditional Method; which involves a stage of fermentation of the wine in the glass, at fermentation in the tank, the wine base was mixed with sugars and yeasts in a large volume tank. The wine was left to ferment for a total duration of approximately 3 months; during which large amounts of CO2 were gradually released, generating pressure in the tank. The wine was then filtered and bottle without aging; resulting in a sparkling wine with a glass pressure of 3.5-6 bar. Due to this production method, the wine has developsd more freshness and higher fruitiness. Color: discreet, pale green, like Italian gold Bouquet: Mediterranean aroma of peaches and pears Taste: The pleasant taste of ripe pears completes this harmony of the senses. It is a balanced wine, with a mineral aftertaste and a fine pearl.
