Suertes del Marqués has been producing wine since 2006 and soon became Tenerife’s flagship producer. The vineyard, whose owner is the oenologist Jonatan Garcia Lima, sacredly respects the local varieties, the vine management system specific to the Orotava Valley and the traditional winemaking methods. Located in the beautiful Orotava Valley, the vineyards are organically cultivated and climb the slopes of the volcano El Teide, at altitudes of 350-700 m, many of them older than 100 years, because phylloxera bypassed the island. Made by a Solera system started in 2010. Only two 225 l barrels from which 40 l are drawn each year, after which they are filled with new wine. Manufacturer: Suertes del Marqués – Orotava Valley , Tenerife, Canary Islands Varieties: Listán Negro, Baboso Negro – organic grapes, grown and harvested by hand from Finca El Esquiló Color: red- cherry blue reflections Bouquet: very fruity and somewhat earthy aromatic intensity; characteristic of the volcanic soils from which it comes; we find ripe red fruits, herbs, spices, fine fried notes and fine forest. Taste: a broad, balanced and silky taste. Its acidity is fresh and the tannins are ripe and velvety. Result of a combinestion of Listán Negro and other local varieties. It has a pleasant, deep and persistent taste, with aromas of ripe fruit, balsamic and mineral touches retronasally. Serving temperature 15-17 ° C
