Gîrboiu Winery offers quiet and sparkling wines of the monosoi and coupage type; obtained by traditional winemaking methods with modern equipment and maturation in oak barrels. The team of winemakers from Cotești also benefits from the experience of the consulting oenologist Giovanni Menotti; in the continuous effort to offer to the public from Romania, and from abroad, the best wines from the Moldova wine region. In each wine, the image offered by the aromas becomes clearer, more beautiful; as are the sunny vineyards spread over the hills of Cotești. Wines also pay tribute to people for their effort in caring for the calf; as well as grapes of all varieties, which turn into precious wines. Color: Yellow with green reflections. Bouquet: Strong aromatic wine with tones of ripe peach. Taste: Without ceremony and without haste, Tectonic welcomes, but urges calm; through its aromas of dried fruit, honey, acacia and rose. Post long taste, slightly bitter.
