Tenuta Sant’Antonio Scaia Garganega Chardonnay Fresh, lively, exuberant, with an overflowing scent of green apples, melon, lemon and peach. After sitting in the glass for a few minutes, it exudes notes of jasmine and gardenia, lime peel and grapefruit. Very dry, it blossoms and sings on the palace with a sprinting acidity and tempting limestone notes. Excellent! With aging potential 3 – 4 years. Bouquet: Whiteflowers, jasmine, citrus (grapefruit, orange), pineapple, apple, pear, mango and light notes of banana. Taste: Fresh and pleasant, with sustained acidity. The intensity of the flavors and the well-balanced softness make the wine both inviting and amazingly appetizing. Culinary combinations: appetizers with seasonal fish or vegetables, cold dishes, vegetable dishes, risotto with vegetables, pasta and fish with light sauce.
