Vérité is one of the boutique vineyards and, at the same time, a soul project of Jackson Family Wines, owned by Jess Jackson from the famous Kendall-Jackson, which produces wines without compromise that reflect the terroir from which they are born. The name “Vérité” comes from the French word for “truth”. The wines combines the experience of the Old World with the fruit of the New World. Oenologist Pierre Seillan, the first and only winemaker of Vérité, is a man who understands and appreciates the importance of the earth. He is actually involved in the whole process, from the vine to the glass. Maturated 15 months in new French barrels. We recommend decanting it 2 hours before serving . Variety: 61% Cabernet Franc, 23% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Malbec Color: opaque red-purple. Bouquet: exotic, spicy, with aromas of nutmeg and Whitepepper. Taste: seductive, strong and elegant, with very fine mineral, spicy and baked fruit notes. Culinary combinations: sausages, beef, game, lamb, pork, smoked meat , chocolate.
