The character of this classic Irishman single malt, obtained by triple distillation and matured in bourbon and sherry barrels brings a rich and aromatic support to this Irishman. This assortment is produced in a limited number of only 6000 bottle per year. Thus each drop has a special importance. Bouquet: as a small contribution brought by the maturation in the American and European barrels, Irishman single malt has an aroma of dried apricots; peaches; tropical fruits. Suggestions of orange blossoms and vanilla freshly harmonized bouquet. Taste: notes of vanilla, fried almonds and honey dominate the complex and balanced taste. It brings a versatile finish achieved by malt, and sweet woody notes.
