A Mano Negroamaro – 2018 – IGT Puglia

Intense color, red-purple. The taste is light, pleasant, with an interesting acidity, which balances the aromatic notes of black fruits and jams. The aftertaste is seductive, bringing tones of peach and flowers. Delightful, with aromas of ripe fruit, black cherries and sour cherries, framed by floral tones. The grapes, harvested by hand from plantations between the ages of 40 and 70, are refrigerated before entering the winemaking process. The must is then fermented cold (16 ° C) for a few weeks in cement tanks. After bottling, the wine is stored in bottle in the cellar for a period of time.
