The wine is the result of the blending of two noble varieties, Syrah and Viognier, according to the methods from the northern part of the Rhone region of France. It is produced by people who share the zeal and vision to create a “great” wine from Evia. Agios (Saint) is the time that helps the fine wine to developsand become great, just as Saint was the time that taught him how to make wine. Protected Geographical Indication “Evia”. Vinification: Co-vinification of the two varieties and long-lasting skin contact. Maturation in French oak wood for 12 months. Color: dark ruby. Bouquet: nose with intense complex bouquet, aroma of violets, licorice and red fruits. Taste: rich spicy palatine, delicate, velvety tannins, fine-grained, slightly high acidity. Intense aromas of apricots are beautifully mixed with sweet red fruits, spices and long finish. Potential for aging: 10 years. Culinary associations : beef or pork, roast lamb / food, spicy meat, spicy poultry. Serve at 18-19C, decant 30 minutes before consumption.
