AMMOS ROSU, HISTRIA WINERY Ammos Rosu 2017 wine is a blend obtained from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a deep ruby ​​red look, with purplish hues. It is distinguished by elegant aromas of black fruits, complemented by vanilla and oak valences. floral, complemented with light oak valences. The taste is intense and complex, of red and black fruits and strongly spiced and enriched with a whole spectrum of woody aromas and delicate shades of coffee. The firm tannins and the intensity of the bouquet make this wine excellent for immediate consumption, but can be kept in the bottlefor another 6-7 years. Each drop of Ammos Rosu 2016 wine comes only from grapes grown on our plantation, on the sunny hills of Dobrogea, near the Histria fortress. Baked under the sun of Dobrogea and caressed by the Black Sea breeze, the grapes were harvested at full maturity and sorted by hand in our plantation.
