Licorna Anno Chardonnay

Chardonnay Year Unicorn ; a wine in a collector’s edition with only 3820 bottle. This wine has a color close to perfection and an exceptional smell. The wines of the Anno Collection Edition representsthe happy combinestion of the applied technology and the climatic factors appropriate to the characteristics of that year. The specificity and characteristics of the variety, as well as the terroir of the wine-growing area and the vintage year are the factors that shaped these wines. The creative work intervened when all these variables were put together to highlight as much as possible the authentic sensory profile of the wine. This wine is barricaded for 9 months in French oak barrels. Color: Straw yellow with golden reflections Bouquet: shock and mint, complex taste rich in flavors. Whitesauces and mushrooms, roast chicken, baked salmon in pistachio crust or lobster pulled in butter. Makes a very good “match” with hard and slightly smoked semi-cheeses.
