Antinori Tenuta Guado Al Tasso Il Bruciato Bolgheri

The Guardo al Tasso estate is located in the small DOC Bolgheri on the Alta Maremma coast 100 kilometers southwest of Florence. It covers an area of ​​320 hectares with vineyards, in a plain surrounded by hills. Guado al Tasso il Bruciano was first produced in 2002 in one of the most difficult harvests for the Guado al Tasso estate. The wine is a modern interpretation and is obtained from carefully selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes, fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks. Part of the must of Merlot and Syrah is kept at low temperature to intensify the flavors. Maturation is done partly in oak barrels and partly in stainless steel tanks. Color: ruby ​​red. Bouquet: notes of ripe red fruits and sweet spices. Taste: well structured, aromatic and harmonious, pleasant to drink. Light mint sensations that enrich the taste. Culinary combinations: grilled meat dishes, appetizers, sauces. Serving temperature 18-20 ° C
