This assortment is made from hand-harvested Pinot Noir grapes and matured in oak barrels for more than a year where it acquires special aromas and a complex bouquet, to be matured in the second part in about a year after bottling in the cellars winery. Avincis Pinot Noir is a benchmark of balance, it is a sober wine. Color: intense ruby ​​red. Bouquet: elegant strawberry and cherries with a light spicy note. Taste: Silky with good acidity. It is a generous and well-balanced wine with well-integrated tannins.
