Crama Girboiu Bacanta Chardonnay Barrique

Gîrboiu Winery is a family business founded in 2005 by Constantin Gîrboiu; which offers Romanian wines obtained from the vineyard spread over 250 hectares, in the commune of Cotești. The Gîrboiu family has chosen an area characterized by favorable climatic conditions and rich soil, for the best Romanian and foreign varieties. obtained by traditional winemaking methods with modern equipment and maturation in oak barrels. The team of winemakers from Cotești also benefits from the experience of the consulting oenologist Giovanni Menotti; in the continuous effort to offer to the Romanian public; and from abroad, the best wines from the wine region of Moldova. Bacanta refers to a mythological character, which this mysterious and opulent wine invokes with the help of a well-defined taste and a complex bouquet. The appearance, texture and aroma bring to the fore the essence of the myth and the atmosphere that sends to a Roman feast where pleasure is sought in any experience; and tastes are discussed a little, but with passion. Color: Straw yellow, bright. Bouquet: A cheerful mixture of apple, pear and Whitepeach, complemented by exotic notes of anise, orange peel and candied figs. Taste: Bacd Chardonnay has moderate acidity; balanced by the slender body of intense fruity aromas. The wine is enriched by barrique with a rare smoothness and very long aftertaste. Culinary combinations: Suitable with chicken with sauce, ham, plain or smoked fish; caviar, seafood, cheese and some sweet and sour desserts. Serving temperature 10 – 12 ° C
