The best combinestion of the Tuscany region between the traditional Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. These varieties bring a note of freshness due to the intense fruity taste. The grapes are vinified with a short maceration. Once the fermentations (alcoholic and malolactic) are completed, the wine is matured (aged) for a short time in small oak barrels and bottle in the spring after harvest. Then follows a certain period in which the wine is aged in the glass.
