Crama Bauer is a young player on the Romanian wine market, but which has already demonstrated its potential. To create a magical wine, such as this Cabernet Sauvignon; the grapes from the Bauer vineyards are carefully selected and picked by hand; and then they go through a process of natural fermentation in stainless steel barrels, to be pressed. The wine is stored in oak barrels for at least 12 months, to fully define its character. The uniqueness of this wine created from one of the most famous red varieties in the world is due to the special characteristics that grapes have developsd in climatic and soil conditions in our country.
