Budureasca Premium Zenovius

Cabernet Sauvignon grapes (80%) were vinified separately from Shiraz grapes (20%). Their harvest began later to obtain wines as consistent as possible; and the grapes were selected on the sorting table in order to maintain a high level of wine quality. A quantity of 40% of these two varieties was matured in American and Romanian oak barrels for 12 months. The wine has a good aging potential. Color: Red, dark ruby. Bouquet: Blackberry and spice complex with fine oak notes. Taste: A wine with a pleasant fruity taste forest blacks, with well-integrated tannins and a long, silky finish. Culinary combinations: It is excellent with ducksbreast dishes, beef, pork or ram, complemented by slightly sour sauces. Serving temperature 18-20 ° C
