Vinarte Castel Bolovanu Cabernet Sauvignon & Cabernet Franc

Over time, VINARTE has invested significant resources in the Sâmbureşti terroir. It is from this place that the story of the Cabernet Sauvignon blend (60%) begins &  Cabernet Franc (40%) . It is an exceptional wine, with intense aromas of currants, blueberries and shades of black pepper. This clear wine, with purple reflections and slightly astringent taste, especially highlights red meat dishes. Serving temperature To fully capture the full and fresh taste it is recommended consumed at a temperatureof 18 ° C. Aging period: this wine can be aged in glass for 4-6 years. As we age, Cabernet Sauvignon &  Cabernet Franc acquires a velvety structure and complex flavors.
