Pale greenish yellow. Perfect balance between the flavors of yellow fruit, lime peel, notes of Whitepepper and minerality. Invigorating aromas of lemon, lime peel and Whitepepper. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (65%) and 35% in oak barrels for 6 months (90% in barrels in cycle II, III, IV and 10% in barrels in cycle I).
