Bright yellow. Intense, juicy, spicy with a strong mineral character. Intense with aromas of lime peel and corcodus with strong mineral and spicy notes. In stainless steel. 35% was aged in oak barrels for 6 months (90% in 1, 2 and 3 year old barrels and 10% in new and 1 year old barrels). 65% was stored in stainless steel tanks. Tartaric stabilization occurs naturally after 12 months of maturation.
