Ktima Gerovassiliou Chardonnay is a wine produced from Chardonnay that has been cultivated in the winery since 1983. Protected Geographical Indication “Epanomi”. After contact with the cold solid parts, the wine is fermented in French oak barrels. Then it stays in contact with the yeasts for a few months, gaining weight and enriching its varietal aromas. Color: bright golden yellow. Bouquet: citrus aromas on a smoky background and dried walnuts. Taste: full, rich, complex. It can be aged for several years due to its strength and character. Culinary associations: fatty Whitefish; Smoked fish; fish in Whitesauce; molluscs and crustaceans and caviar dishes. Serving temperature Serve cold at 10–12 ºC.
