Bauer RAW winery is made from Sauvignon Blanc from old vines; and the grapes are selected and harvested by hand to obtain their raw, unaltered essence. Unclogging is done in the cellar; where the grapes are left to ferment in the skin in small stainless steel tanks. The liqueur is obtained by pressing and matured later for 8 months, so that the wine fully completes its bohemian character. The Bauer RAW collection contains a limited number of bottle; only 600, but which concentrates in its expressions the characteristics of the terroir, of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, as well as the experience and skill of the masters of the Bauer winery. Because it is a young wine, it is ideal to be served after carafes; but to reach its true potential, it must be allowed to rest in the glass for 2-3 years before consumption.
