Crama Ceptura Cervus Magnus Monte Merlot

The first batch of wine from Ceptura Winery was offered to the public in 2005, a year after the winery was built in Ceptura, surrounded by Dealu Mare vineyards in the county Prahova. The rich soil and the sun that beats generously for 14 more days, every year, offer healthy grapes from Romanian varieties and varieties with origins in Western Europe. The land and weather conditions in Dealu Mare are similar to those in the French region of Bordeaux. Along with the region where the Ceptura winery varieties are grown; Romanian wines are close to French ones and through traditional or more sophisticated processes, made with the help of modern technology. Color: Ruby-red, transparent and bright. Bouquet: Merlot brings in this wine the aroma of bitter cherries; cracked and left to soak in its own juice. Taste: Arrived with energy on the taste buds, the wine shows you a fresh facet; immediately followed by the velvety and creamy texture.
