In August 1994, the Carl Reh Trading Company was established in Romania; with the specific purpose of selecting Romanian wines for the international market, and in June 1997, the division was established in Oprișor; taking the decision to produce its own wines from grapes coming from the existing plantations at that time in the Oltenian vineyards of Mehedinți. of the climate and soil of Oltenia; polished by the vinification ritual from Mehedinți. Compared to Riesling obtained in Germany, the place of origin of the variety; Romanian Riesling stands out with additional aromas of exotic fruits and spices – more generous and balanced even for the pretentious. Color: Yellow-green, slightly bright. Bouquet: Whitecherries and spring flowers. Taste: In addition to the typical minerality, we can admire its fine, slightly exotic aromas; grapefruit and lime peel. Good acidity accentuates its freshness and liveliness. Exotic fruits appear again with hints of ginger and mango. The optimal level of alcohol makes it easy to drink and very friendly by balancing the delicate body with the pleasant aftertaste of fruit in the market. At lunch or dinner you can enjoy it with Caesar salad and Whitefish.
