The Cupola Sanctis collection was created in recognition of the popular values ​​and faith of Oltenia. The wines are author’s creations, signed by Liviu Grigorică and Veronica Gheorghiu; obtained from the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties. This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot is named after Saint Stephen, celebrated on December 27th. St. Stephen was known for his grace that raised him above the apostles and deacons. Confession of faith was also his decay. He was tried for blasphemy against Moses and God by the priests of Jerusalem led by Caiaphas; found guilty and stoned to death according to the law of the city of that time. His deeds and events during the trial later brought him sanctification and today he is one of the great Saints of Christianity. : A balanced, elegant wine with pleasant aromas of cherries and prunes; associated with a fine tinge of lightly burnt wood and chocolate.
