Sarica Niculitel – Pergament Petit Verdot is a full-bodied red wine. It originates in southwestern France (in Bordeaux). It is generally used in blends for its distinctive character, with high acidity, firm tannins and spices oriented more to spices than to fruit. Because Petit Verdot is such a “bold” wine, it is often added to less than 10% of most wine blends. It is a rare variety. Sarica Niculitel – Parchment Petit Verdot is a wine that is 100% Petit Verdot. It is aged for 1 year in first-use barrique of French origin. Parchment is considered a rarity especially for connoisseurs. Color: red, no sediment. Bouquet: Red wine with spice and fruit-oriented flavors. There are black cherries and plums, “dressed” with vanilla and hazelnut aromas. Taste: full-bodied, firm tannins and high acidity .
