Theia Chardonnay, dry wine produced from a grape harvest from our vineyards in Sebes White, vinified in a modern style. The grapes were harvested at full maturity at the end of September. After a 5-hour film maceration, at a temperatureof 12oC, the ravac must was gravitationally decanted, then fermented at a temperatureof 16oC for 25 days. For a special balance between the primary aromas of the variety and the spicy aromas extracted from the oak, the alcoholic fermentation was completed in American oak barrels. The fineness and unctuousness of the wine come from the malolactic fermentation. Edition limited to 5000 bottle, numbered individually. International recognition.
