Color: The wine has a straw yellow color, with greenish hues.  Bouquet: pears, roasted hazelnuts, Whiteflowers and some fine mineral notes.  Taste: reminiscent of apples, ripe yellow fruits, honeycombs. The body is creamy, with imperceptible alcohol, good acidity. The aftertaste is long, sweet and bitter. The pearl is rich, fresh, refreshing.
