Davino Revelatio

Davino Revelatio is one of the wines produced in Crama din Dealu Mare, under the leadership of Dan Balaban. Since 1997, Davino has expanded his vineyards to 90 hectares. The vines used for the production of Davino wines are cared for throughout the year, without exception, for rich harvests from which they obtain Whitewines, followed by red and red wines. For this wine, grapes of Sauvignon Blanc and Feteasca White varieties , from the plots “Valea Gardului” are harvested in the morning. Then follows a vinification course (separate for each variety), made with modern technology. The grains are pressed, the must is left to ferment. The wine is matured and mixed with yeast by batonnage to developselaborate secondary aromas. For this blend, 30% of the Sauvignon Blanc variety was fermented and matured in large wooden vessels of 10 Hl and Romanian oak barrels with boiled staves . Also for Sauvignon Blanc, an alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel containers, with specialized yeasts. Then ripen in the presence of fine yeasts for 6 months. Color: greenish-yellow, clear. Bouquet: Sauvignon Blanc shows you the main aromas of vegetables and flowers, with spicy notes of ripe walnut kernels. Feteasca White shows you the vegetal freshness, the scent of greenery from the vine, and seems to intensify the aromas of the French variety. Taste: clearer, more intense, and the texture of the wine is almost creamy, long and pleasant. Serving temperature 10 – 12 ° C. Culinary associations: A Whitewine from the best varieties grown on Romanian soil, carefully vinified for a flavorful experience at tables with chicken, fish and seafood dishes.
