Pinot Noir from Sâmburești is surprising for its versatility, but elegant for its naturalness sprinkled with aromas of stony cherries and red currants. This wine is excellently balanced between hints of fruit and licorice. At the end you will notice that a coriander berry breaks. Pleasant, soft and flowing, without being thin, it has a special typicality perfectly integrated in its complexity, and the proof is in its transparent, inviting color. Its flexibility makes it suitable for virtually any dish, but especially ducksmeat and mushrooms.
