Straw yellow, with greenish reflections, with fine and persistent pearl. Corpulent and refined, with a long finish. Notes of citrus, peaches and green pepper. Aging of basic wines for 7 months, partly in steel vats, partly in barriques. Maturation for 20-26 months on yeast.
