Straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Broad, intense and mineral, with a long finish and accents of almonds and walnuts. Intense and persistent, with floral notes that alternate with those of citrus and minerals. Partially macerated on the skin, with maturation time on yeast after completion of fermentation, in other words “sur-lie”.
