Opaque purple. Intense tones of black berries and spices. Velvety, with a rich and fleshy texture. Wood notes and spices, accompanied by currant tones, which define the long and supple aftertaste. Strong, with complex aromas of black and red berries, licorice, olive paste and sweet exotic spices, framed by floral tones. The grapes are picked by hand. After fermentation, a maceration period of 3-4 weeks follows. Matured in French oak barrels between 15 and 18 months.
