Jidvei Extra Dry

For over 60 years, at Jidvei we have been producing sparkling wines according to the traditional method. They are fermented, clarified and delivered in the same bottleas the second fermentation, which gives them the characteristic pearl. A minimum of one year is required to obtain sparkling wines, and the operations performed during this time – drafting, fermentation, remuage , disgorging – are performed manually. Sparkling wine Jidvei Extra Dry is obtained from the Feteasca Royal, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir varieties, the typicality of each variety being found in the expressive and fresh bouquet of this effervescent, straw-yellow blend. Full of character, Jidvei Extra Dry stands out for its fine and persistent pearl, floral and autolysis notes – bread, as well as for the aromas of peach, pear and citrus. Serve well cooled.
